Lebanese Joint-Stock Company Registered in Beirut, Lebanon

A group built to carry work that does not fit in one box.

ICD International S.A.L. was constituted as a Lebanese joint-stock company with a deliberately broad licensed object — construction, technology, energy, facilities, trading and advisory — so that complex institutional mandates can sit with one contracting party instead of being fragmented across several.

Company overview

Structured around how institutional projects actually fail.

Large public and institutional projects rarely fail on any single technical discipline. They fail at the seams — where the civil contractor finishes and the electrical contractor has not mobilised, where the IT vendor needs a room that is not ready, where nobody owns the commissioning.

ICD International was formed to hold those seams inside one organisation. Our Articles of Association license us across fourteen distinct activity lines, and we have structured the business into six operating divisions so that each one is commercially accountable in its own right while still being directed by a single management team.

For a client, the practical effect is straightforward: one tender submission, one contract, one programme, one invoice stream, and one organisation that cannot deflect responsibility onto a party you did not choose.

Mission & vision

What we are trying to be, stated plainly.

Our mission

To give institutions in Lebanon and the wider region a single capable partner for work that crosses technical disciplines — executed to a standard that holds up under audit, inspection and the scrutiny of a public procurement process.

Our vision

To be the group that regional public bodies and enterprises shortlist first when a project is too integrated, too critical or too operationally demanding to be divided between single-discipline vendors.

We would rather decline a scope than accept one we cannot resource properly. That judgement is the foundation of everything else on this site.

Operating principle

Why ICD

What multi-sector capability actually changes for a client.

Breadth is easy to claim and hard to make useful. These are the four places where holding several disciplines inside one entity produces a measurable difference rather than a marketing line.

Fewer interfaces, fewer failures

Every handover between separate contractors is a point where programme, liability and information can be lost. Holding the civil, electrical, mechanical and technology scopes internally removes most of those handovers, and makes the remaining ones our problem rather than yours.

One accountable counterparty

When something goes wrong on a multi-vendor project, the first two weeks are usually spent establishing whose fault it is. Under a single contract that question does not arise — the obligation to fix it sits with us regardless of which division caused it.

Procurement leverage across divisions

Our trading division buys for our own construction, energy and technology projects as well as for external clients. That combined volume and our direct manufacturer relationships translate into better pricing and shorter lead times than a project-by-project purchase would achieve.

Continuity beyond handover

Our facility management and maintenance capability means we can remain responsible for an asset after practical completion. Buildings we deliver do not pass to an operator who was never involved in how they were built.
